Dr Dara Scally

GP

​

Dr Dara Scally graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin, in 1989. She completed the ICGP GP specialist training scheme in 1993 and joined Scallys,  the family practice her late mother Dr Maureen Bonar -Scally and father Dr Paddy Scally  founded over 70 years ago.  She brings a wealth of experience, warmth and knowledge to the practice and is loved by generations of families that both she and her late parents have looked after in Letterkenny and the surrounding area. Dr Scally has a special interest in family medicine and women's health. 

Dr Ciarán Roarty

Dr. Ciarán Roarty graduated with an honours degree in Medicine and a gold medal in Ophthalmology from The National University of Ireland,  Galway in 2011. He completed his GP training with the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP) in 2016  . He worked in General practice in Donegal before joining Scally Medical Practice in 2017, becoming a partner shortly after . His postgraduate qualifications include The Diploma of the Royal College Of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London and a Graduate Certificate in Obstetric Ultrasound UCD. He is currently a Scheme Director with the ICGP Donegal Specialist Training Scheme. Dr. Roarty has special interests in minor surgery in General Practice,  ante-natal care using the latest ultrasound technology, paediatrics, chronic disease management and Medical Education. 

Dr Dolores Vigil

GP

​Dr Dolores Vigil graduated from University of Barcelona in  2001. She completed her General Practice training in Barcelona in 2005. She worked in General Practice and in Emergency Medicine in Spain before relocating to Ireland in 2014 where she works in General Practice. She joined Scally McDaid Roarty Medical Practice in 2022   She has completed postgraduate diplomas in Emergency Medicine and Dermatology and  a Master´s degree in Neural Therapy. She is  currently studying for a certificate in Trauma Research, Complex Trauma and Traumatic Stress Studies. Dr Vigils areas of special interest in General Practice include  women's health, dermatology and  geriatric medicine.

Dr Rami

GP

​Dr. Rami graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2017.  He completed his GP Training with the ICGP Donegal Specialist GP Training Scheme in 2024. His special interests in General Practice include chronic disease management and providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Dr Anum Matloob

GP

Dr Anum Matloob graduated from University of Health Sciences Lahore in 2015 and completed GP Training in Glasgow South deanery in 2024. Dr Matloob’s special interests in General Practice  include chronic disease management and women's health.
